Every published article is also automatically indexed in the Helpy
internal search engine. So that means if you search for “Whatchamacallit”
(go ahead and give this a try in the search bar), you will find yourself
right back at this article.
We have left the job of deciding on categories to you, but to get you
started things like “How it works”, “FAQs”, and “Getting Started” are
popular categories.
The important (and amazing) thing about the knowledgebase is that the
more you provide, and the better that content is, the fewer actual
customer contacts you will receive.
